Following a successful NIH-funded, Phase 1 research trial in 2020, the team at Generation Connect is prospecting home care agencies to adopt our emerging digital therapeutic platform in preparation for a Phase 2 clinical research trial. Corporate partners at national home care agencies are helping to qualify leads and precipitate webinars and individual presentations with agency owners.
In preparation for those meetings, I was responsible for developing a presentation deck that identifies a compelling narrative including pain points, our value proposition, and key features.
In developing the presentation deck, my goal was to focus on the most pressing challenges facing the industry in providing in-home dementia care services — caregiver turnover and premature transitions into facility-based care. I cited industry analysis to quantify the business implications and mapped these challenges to the product’s value proposition and key features. Throughout the deck, I included social proof via user quotes and case studies.
